A sharing session with Dr Michael Bach on supported decision-making for youth and adult with intellectual/ developmental disabilities Co-organized by HKU Faculty of Law Disability Rights Clinic and Chosen Power Time/ Date: 10-12am, 29 March 2019 Venue: Room 322/323, Cheng Yu Tung Tower, HKU Centennial Campus Who should come? Parents/ carers of youth/ adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities Dr Michael Bach, Managing Director, IRIS – Institute for Research and Development on Inclusion and Society, is well known internationally for his work in advancing full inclusion and human rights of persons with intellectual disabilities. He will be sharing with parents/ carers who are supporting youth and adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities, and how we can enable supported decision making for this group.  He would also share his experience with working on local-to-national scale reforms for supported decision making in Canada, Bulgara and Zambia.
