Parents/ carers of youth/ adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities Dr Michael Bach, Managing Director, IRIS – Institute for Research and Development on Inclusion and Society, is well known internationally for his work in advancing full inclusion and human rights of persons with intellectual disabilities. He will be sharing with parents/ carers who are supporting youth and adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities, and how we can enable supported decision making for this group. He would also share his experience with working on local-to-national scale reforms for supported decision making in Canada, Bulgara and Zambia.
